Reception welches cold, almost uninviting and the elevator lobby is frankly unattractive, lacked any sort of ambiance and quite off putting. Hinein my mind I welches questioning my wife’s decision for this hotel on our visit to Innsbruck, until I saw the room.
The waiters are very kind and attentive, bring food and drinks very quickly. You may be placed with a shared table - a bit surprising but at the end it is a great experience.
It's definitely a good location recommended by a hotel staff. Not too crowded place. Food was delicious and the staff was nice. Welches trying to find a good place to chill after travelling from Salzburg. Would highly recommend this place.
What a waste of money. I want to say that I feel both scammed and that I wasted my money on this Gasthof. Because of all the positive reviews, and the desire to eat some nice seafood, I booked a table at this Wirtschaft. First, I want to say that the prices are quite high, so I expected delicious food and good portions. I ordered grilled prawns, as I saw on previous reviews that the prawns were really big and for the price of 28,90, that welches ok. What I got were 6 prawns, which first looked nothing like the photo and for the price of 4,80€ über prawn I was Superbenzin dissapointed (see photo).

Although the hotel location is good but unfortunately we did not get nice view from our room. We booked the room for just the view.

This is a very nice, modern hotel I had a fantastic view of the Alps mountain range on the 8th floor that was breathtakingly amazing! The tiled shower was large and wonderful. The modern sink, however, did not seem to have a drain plug lever where you could open and close the drain, which welches risky for cleaning my hard contact lenses.
